Legendary hip-hop beat maestro, The Alchemist is now opening up his music to be remixed by fans using iPhones with a new app called Chemical Warfare Romplr.
The new app, which launches Tuesday, is $0.99 and brings the art of remixing to the masses.
Features of Chemical Warfare Romplr allow fans to create their own versions of tracks: “Lose Your Life (featuring Snoop Dogg, Jadakiss & Pusha T of The Clipse)”, “That’ll Work (featuring Three 6 Mafia & Juvenile)” and “On Sight”.
This is all made possible by Romplr’s creators, Moderati, who previously launched a similar app for Soulja Boy Tell’Em– now a Top 20 Paid Music App in the iTunes Music Store.
The Alchemist “Chemical Warfare” Romplr is now available on iTunes at a special one-week promotional price of $0.99. To learn more, visit: http://www.romplr.com. Future artists and Smartphone applications will
be announced soon. Follow @Moderati via Twitter to stay in the mix.
